All prices include postage and packaging within the EU and a 10% donation to charity (see below.) Payments by credit card or cheque accepted. Cards on the following schemes accepted: Mastercard, Maestro (Domestic), Visa, Visa Electron, Solo, JCB and American Express.

All work is lovingly created by hand. Delivery is in 3 - 14 days if items are in stock. If work is not immediately available please allow up to 28 days for creation and delivery. Please bear this in mind when ordering for birthdays, anniversaries or Christmas. A desired/required delivery date may be requested and every endeavor will be made to meet your needs, but you will be contacted if this is simply impossible to do. Prices and Descriptions
All prices quoted are retail in (£) Pounds Sterling and are inclusive of delivery within the EU and a 10% donation to charity (see below.) International deliveries will incur an extra £5 for post and packaging. Rowena Golton (RG) reserves the right to change the prices or technical specifications of the products and within the website at any time without notice. All the product and price details listed by RG are correct at the time of publication. RG accepts no liability for errors or omissions contained therein or resulting from the misuse of any of the information provided.

Payment
Payment must be made in full before orders can be released. Goods remain the property of RG until payment is received in full. Payments for all international orders shall be paid in (£) UK Pounds Sterling. Import duties and taxes are to be paid by the purchaser.
In the event of having to re-present a cheque payment or credit card payment that is in arrears, RG understands and will exercise the statutory right to claim interest and compensation for debt recovery costs under the late payment legislation if payment is not made according to RG agreed terms.

Delivery
RG will use best endeavours to comply with any date given or requested but time for delivery is not guaranteed unless specially agreed in writing to be the essence of the contract. In the absence of such special agreement RG accepts no liability whatsoever for any loss or damage of any nature and howsoever arising which may be suffered by the Customer as a result of any failure on the part of RG to deliver goods within the dates or periods mentioned in the contract. RG reserves the right to wholly or partially suspend deliveries due to annual leave, sick leave, breakdowns, accidents, disputes, force or “Acts of God” at any time.
Any shortages should be notified 14 days from the date of posting.
At no cost to the customer RG will replace or correct goods damaged in transit providing written notification of such damage is received within 14 days of the date of posting but not otherwise.

Returns and Refunds
The purchaser has the right to reject and cancel goods received within 7 days of the receipts of goods. Where goods are ‘special’ orders i.e. commissions or an item specifically made for the purchaser, the right of cancellation does not apply unless the fault is due RG in which case the cost of goods will be refunded.
Returns must be notified by email, giving original descriptions, date of order and contact details. Returns must be received by RC within 21 days of original dispatch.
Refunds will be made within 30 days of the re-receipt of goods, in their original condition and packaging, less 10% donation to charity and £5 cover for original post and packaging. (£10 post and packaging for international customers)

Commissions
All customer specific commissions (non-collection based works) will require a deposit. The amount will be agreed at the time of commissioning between RG and the purchaser. The deposit will be paid by the customer in advance of manufacture and will remain non-refundable in the event of order cancellation

Privacy Policy
This web site respects your privacy & complies with the Data Protection Act. Customer details will not be passed on to any 3rd parties.

Charity Donations
RG will donate 10% of the retail price of all items purchased through this website to charity. Rowena’s charity of choice changes on an annual basis, please enquire for information on this year’s choice. Customers may request proof of charity donations via email. Donations will be made on a lump sum basis, rather than per individual sale. Donation acknowledgements from the respective charities will therefore reflect this aspect.
